OHANA CONNECT — TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a membership with Ohana Connect, you agree to the following terms.

1. Membership Access

Upon purchase, you receive access to the membership tier selected (Community Member, Ohana Partner, or Cornerstone Member) and all benefits associated with that tier. Benefits are outlined at myohanaconnect.com and may be updated with reasonable notice.

2. Billing & Payment

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually — depending on the option selected at checkout. By completing your purchase, you authorize Ohana Connect to charge your payment method on the same date each billing cycle.

3. Founding Member Rate Lock

Members who join during the founding window are eligible for a locked membership rate. This rate remains in effect for as long as your membership stays active with no gaps in payment. If your membership lapses for any reason and you later rejoin, standard pricing at that time will apply.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. There are no partial refunds for unused time within a billing period already charged. Annual memberships are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

5. Referral & Bonus Credits

Free month bonuses (for referrals or merchant processing switches) are applied as billing credits to your account. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6. Conduct & Community Standards

Ohana Connect is built on the spirit of aloha — genuine respect and care for every member. We reserve the right to remove any member whose behavior is abusive, disruptive, or harmful to the community, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All Ohana Connect branding, content, and materials are owned by Ohana Connect / Aurea Wolf LLC. Members may not reproduce or distribute community materials without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ohana Connect provides networking, education, and community resources. We do not guarantee specific business results. Members are responsible for their own business decisions and outcomes.
